Auto Combat/Command Queue (Ticket #150)

1) Put in an option to enable/disable Auto Combat
2) If auto combat enabled and queue is empty, “kill” to be used as the default command
3) If auto combat enabled when a combat command is entered instead of “Please wait XX” second, queue up the command using the delayed action functions to take place in XX seconds. Allow up to 5 commands to be queued at any given time
4) Add commands to view or clear the queue and to remove specific commands
5) Rework flee command to clear command queue and attempt to flee until successful (unless it’s a no flee room or all exits are blocked)
6) Since spells are on a separate timer, perhaps put in a spell queue as well? Alternatively allow them to be put in the same queue.

Need to do: Figure out how to deal with commands that have timers on them that haven’t expired, skip over them in the queue? remove them?
